Bite-size Activities

Kindness Chain: Grab some strips of paper and work together to create a “Kindness Chain!” Each time your child does something kind—like helping a sibling, sharing a toy, or saying something nice—write it on a strip and link it together. Watch as the chain grows longer each day, showing how small acts of kindness go a long way!

Helping Hand: Trace your little one’s hands on a piece of paper. On the palm of each traced hand, write or encourage your child to draw a picture of a way they can be helpful today.
